SOUL SPEAK
They have the ability to communicate their thoughts and speak telepathically to others. After strengthening their soul they will be able to pick up on some stray thoughts of others, with player permission. Emotions, they will be allowed to lightly feel only when resonating with a partner.
Drawbacks:
-During reading a thought, Kaoru will be rendered momentarily immobile depending on how powerful the image. Considering she isn't experienced in this, it could weaken her considerably.
In essence, Kaoru will be able to pick up on stray thoughts, not complete mind-read, on your character if you give permission! This is where you do so! When she resonates with a partner she will be able to feel slightly the emotions of her partner or the surrounding area.
